What is the baggage allowance with Singapore Airlines?
While taking a flight with Singapore Airlines, you need not worry about the baggage allowance as there is ample flexibility for the same. The detailed description of the same is:
Cabin baggage: The cabin class luggage varies in accordance with the class you are traveling in. For the Economy and Premium Economy Class, you would be able to carry one piece of luggage with a maximum weight of 7 kg. The dimensions should not be more than 115 cm. For the suites, first class and business class, two pieces of luggage can be carried, each of 7 kg and with dimensions of not more than 115 cm.
Checked baggage: The checked baggage allowance with the airline is 25 to 30 kg for all the Economy Class, with the addtinal baggage being till 30 kg. In the Premium Economy Class, you get to have a total og 35 kg along with an additional weight of 35 kg. For Business Class, you get to take 40 kg baggage along with the an additional baggage of 40 kg. For the Suites and First Class travels, you get to take 50 kg and along with addition of 50 kg.
Non-standard baggage: Singapore Airlines provides the scope to you to take in all the baggage which donot fall under the normal baggage given. Even so, the odd sized baggage should not exceed 200 cmx75cmx80 cm in the dimensions specified. All the items above the limit of 32 kg can only be carried once you get the clearance from airlines.
