Does business class get lounge access with Lufthansa?

Yes, business class passengers in Lufthansa have access to the selected lounges, under specific conditions, throughout the world, which can be seen as follows:

• Lounge entry policies on departure—As a business class passenger, you can access only the business lounges available at the airports. You can't enter lounges other than the one prescribed for you. 
• Lounge entry policy on arrival- You can access the business lounge on long-haul flights by providing your boarding pass, except for Frankfurt, where you can access only welcome lounges. Whereas, you can enter into welcome lounges for your long-haul flights while travelling via Air China, United Airlines Flight, selected flights including LH401 - LH799, SWISS/Australian long-haul flights through Geneva, Zurich and Vienna, and flights having a duration of over 3.5 hours. 
• Access to Star Alliance partner lounges on departure—You can access the Star Alliance Partners Business Lounge only if you have a valid Star Alliance status card or a Lufthansa or Star Alliance boarding pass with a same-day departure status.    
• Policy regarding lounge access for your travel companion—You are not allowed to have any companion with you in the business class lounge who doesn't have business class tickets. However, you can buy a ticket for them at some specific Lufthansa service counters for EUR 25/ from USD 25, proviso that they have a Lufthansa boarding pass for the same day. They can only visit the lounge along with you and have to leave it with you.
